How to Reset Your Password

Step 1: Open the Learniey App

Launch the Learniey app on your Android device. On the login screen, you'll see a "Forgot Password?" link below the password field. Tap on this link to begin the password reset process.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

You'll be asked to enter the email address associated with your Learniey account. Make sure to enter the exact email address you used when creating your account. Double-check for any typos before proceeding.

Step 3: Check Your Email

We'll send a password reset link to your email address. This usually arrives within a few minutes. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Step 4: Click the Reset Link

Open the email from Learniey and click on the password reset link. This link will be valid for 30 minutes. If the link expires, you'll need to request a new one.

Step 5: Create a New Password

You'll be directed to a secure page where you can create a new password. Choose a strong password that:

• Is at least 8 characters long
• Contains a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
• Includes at least one number
• Contains at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $)

Step 6: Log In with Your New Password

Once you've successfully reset your password, return to the Learniey app and log in using your email address and new password.

Common Issues and Solutions

I didn't receive the reset email

If you haven't received the password reset email within 10 minutes:

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Verify that you entered the correct email address
• Make sure the email address is associated with a Learniey account
• Try requesting another reset email

The reset link has expired

Password reset links are valid for 30 minutes for security reasons. If your link has expired, simply go through the password reset process again to receive a new link.

I don't remember my email address

If you can't remember which email address you used to create your account, please contact our support team at Whatsapp support. We'll help you identify your account.

Security Tips
